Refund/Exchange Policy
For a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same condition you received it and in it’s original packaging. Please inspect your products upon arrival for any signs of tampering or damages. Contact us immediately at ggluxurybundles@gmail.com for all returns and exchanges. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to ensure we resolve the issue. Once your return has been approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for you bank to process and post your refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return please email us at ggluxurybundles@gmail.com
Ready To Ship Orders
After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email/text. All ready to ship items are on hand and can be shipped out immediately. Orders placed Mon-Sat before 4PM will be shipped out the same day, orders placed after 4PM will be shipped out next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Ready to ship items can also be picked up or delivered, please refer to our “local pick-up and delivery policy” for more info.
Pre-Orders
After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation via email. Pre-orders will be shipped out 7-9 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Pre-orders will be ready for pick up/delivery 7-9 business days after your order is placed, no tracking number will be sent. Please refer to our “local pick-up and delivery policy” for more info.
Custom Orders
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response after you have filled out a custom order form. You will receive a confirmation email once your form is submitted. Custom orders will be shipped out 10-13 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Custom Orders will be ready for pick up or delivery 10-13 business days after your order is placed, please refer to our “local pick-up and delivery policy” for more info.
Local Pick Up And Delivery
We offer local delivery and pick services in Berks County, Pennsylvania. After your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a text message with the pick up location when your order is ready. For delivery orders you will receive text message updates. Please note there is a delivery fee of $5. Local deliveries only (Berks County).
